Lessons Learnt on 27th January 2025

First you should have before you can give.
Change should start from you, stay in gratitude state
think what can you give to the world
Help 3 and ask them to other 3 more and continue this chain like in the stalin movie.
World remembers the givers.
We should set our Mindset
When you have to GIVE, you have to GROW
Last Week, We learnt,
-> We came here to give.
-> World Remembers GIVERS.
If you want to give love, you should have love in tons.
Hatred and Love will not stay side by side
If you have to Give, you have to Grow.
If you have to Grow, You have to LET IT GO.
Take A sapling as example,
If that sapling has to give flowers and fruits to us, then it has to grow first with the help of water, sun.
If it has to grow, it has to let it go from the Termites and the unnecessary things.
IN the same way,
If you have to grow,
We have to leave these 3 things:
-> THE NEGATIVITY,
-> THE FEAR.
-> THE IDENTITY OR EGO.

Only If you leave this, then you will grow.
You need to leave ALL YOUR FEARS Completely. Fear of Anything.
In your childhood, you can be able to eat kgs of sugar.
As we grow up, you can't eat that much quantity.
As sapling grows, we take care based on the plant,
In the same way, you need to improve DHARMA (Righteousness)

Ask yourself:
Is this task of mine is My DHARMA?
If your DHARMA is RIGHT, then YOUR KARMA is RIGHT.

IF you don't use your time right now, you might be doing for someone who utilizes it in a right way.

Mind is like a Monkey
which jumps from one tree to another tree, chasing for fruits and tampered.
Guide Your mind to the right path of growth.

Why people are addicted to bad habits, bad talks?
(Drinking, Smoking, Commenting on opposite gender, using vulgar words)
What is difference between them with normal human beings is
they didn't grow their minds, henceforth, they treat the bad habits as their normal behavior.
Control your Mind to see the rightful things, to grow the positivity, to talk good words

What are the 3 things to GROW?

1. MIND (Self-Control) & GROWTH
2. PURPOSE, DHARMA (Righteousness)
3. DAILY ROUTINE (Especially MORNING - to work on Body, Mind, Soul)
If you don't have a purpose or if you don't know your duties,
what will happen?
We spend our time with MOBILE or Video Games or digital gadgets.
Like youtube shorts - one reel redirects to another reel and it goes on until you exhausts.
That bad monkey always barks.
We all have a dopamine cravings.
What is dopamine detox about?
The goal of dopamine detox is to remove distractions and regain focus.
It can help people who procrastinate, feel restless, or have trouble getting excited about goals.

How can you balance dopamine levels naturally?
Exercise: Physical activity can increase dopamine levels and reduce cravings.
Eat well: A balanced diet with more protein and less carbohydrates can help balance dopamine levels.
Sleep: Getting enough sleep can help balance dopamine levels.
Listen to music: Listening to calming music can help balance dopamine levels.
Spend time outside: Spending time outside can help balance dopamine levels.
Meditate: Meditation can help increase dopamine levels.
Engage in hobbies: Engaging in hobbies can help increase dopamine levels.
Expose yourself to sunlight: Exposure to sunlight can help increase dopamine levels.

Choosing fun from the mobile is a dangerous addiction

If you dont have a purpose, you will be occupied by low valued tasks like watching reels and making others rich.

UTILTISE YOUR ROUTINE AND TIME Wisely, Efficiently and Successfully.

If you want entertainment everyday, restrict it into specific time.

What are the three things that you can give back to Others?
  • Gratitude - where you can be grateful for.
  • Service - where you can give wisdom
  • Improved Relationships - where you can give your love, affection

Your real wealth lies in these 3 assets.
You will become rich if you are capable of giving this 3 Qualities.
If you think that any relationship is yours, everything is yours only.
Everybody is busy with their own life and getting selfish.
you need to satisfy their ego in satisfying the relationships if the child is not eating, then the mother's love is good, there are few people, who will worry even if you don't call them in general cause.
we have to expand our horizon.
when you are not needed, don't expect from them.
few says, you have changed after your marriage.
few says, you are not lifting the calls when i called.
These are all expectations.
If you think this world is all yours, how wonderful it is.
Try making new friends
Resort to giving and give more.
If you don't find any, go to blind homes, orphanages, visit them and spend some time with them.
If you share anything, then, you have more happiness.

We worry for the worriless things and situations.
why worry? it's all because of expectations.

when someone hurts you with their words, don't take it tit for tat.

Instead of that, refresh yourself with gratitude.
